By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
 

1.All orders must be made 3 days in advance. Please WhatsApp us for urgent orders, we may make exceptions depending on availability.

2. We use third party transporter services ie. Lalamove, Grab and other service providers. Delivery fees will be calculated based on rates provided by them.

3. Please provide accurate and complete address and ensure that someone is available to receive the cake as the transporters will only wait for 5 minutes. In the event the cake has to be redelivered, the customer will have to pay for the additional trip and such payment shall be made to the transporter personally. We will not be responsible for any damage or effect on the condition of the cake due to such circumstances.

4. Due to lighting and device screen effects, actual colours of cakes received may vary slightly. Also, as the cakes are frosted by hand, they will not be exactly the same as in the picture. We will try to ensure that cakes produced will be as close as possible to the ones in our flyer.
